Account data — your name, email, workspace name and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
Contact data — the name, email, phone and message you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
Workspace content — the customers, leads, opportunities and tasks you create inside your workspace.
Technical data — IP address, browser type and basic usage logs needed to run the service securely.

To provide and operate the CRM and your workspace.
To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
To improve our product and communicate important service updates.

We do not sell your personal data. Each workspace’s content is private to that workspace.

3Data protection & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are hashed. We retain your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request, unless we are legally required to keep it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand traffic and measure our marketing. You can accept or dismiss the cookie notice, and control cookies from your browser settings.
